Alexis McGill Johnson is the president and CEO of Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, where she previously served as a board member and board chair. She co-founded and co-directed the Perception Institute, a research group working to reduce bias and discrimination. She also served on the boards of the New York Civil Liberties Union, the Center for Social Inclusion, and Citizen Engagement Lab. She has written extensively on equity, race, and culture and has dedicated herself to advancing social and racial justice. We are honored to have her speak at Andromeda’s Sisters!
