Using Creative Process as a Tool for Relaxation, Coping and Self Discovery 

 

Using modeling clay as our instrument for self expression, this workshop gathers women privately/publicly together in zoom country on a journey introduction to judgement-free creativity. Kate leads participants through prompts where your responses get modeled into clay. Artistic expression becomes an act for coping, relaxing and processing of our stress, anxiety and boredom while igniting our curiosity and focus.

A freeing and creative space where “art” is a verb that serves the creator in deeply personal and imaginative ways.

Four hour long sessions, once a week.
